In this class students are introduced to the foundational principles, teachings and practices of mindfulness mediation. Various tools for mind strength will be taught, as well as proven tools for using mindfulness for mental, emotional and physical health. Foundations of Meditation is ideal for the beginner and the experienced meditator who is seeking a community for practice. Learn/review a series of foundational practices that can be applied to our personal, day to day lives to deal with mental and emotional health, relationships to self and other, and for developing tools for addressing suffering.
