This course will teach you how to bring more awareness to your moment to moment experiences, and how you can bring a gentler and kinder attitude towards each of these moments. In this course, you will learn the following:
how to be less reactive in difficult situations,
how to reduce mental and emotional stress,
how to cultivate more compassion for yourself and others, and
how you can bring more joy and balance into all of your relationships
Each class will consist of meditation practice, teachings, Q&A and exercises.
As an added value, there will be a one-day urban retreat at the end of this 6-week course. This one-day retreat is an opportunity for you to practice all the skills that you have acquired over the 6-week period. It is a chance to practice more deeply and with the guidance of a teacher by your side.
