The Founders of X-Hale have been curating mindfulness and wellness programs for over two decades. Working with instructors both locally and globally, they recognized the need for authentic meditation classes, set in modern facilities, with an appeal to beginners, the seasoned meditator and organizations and communities seeking to foster better relationships at work, home, throughout their lives.

Sit or lay back as the soothing sounds engulf you, guided visualizations focused on stress-reduction and deep rest, lead you to a place of stillness, calmness and focus. Ideal for insomnia, anxiety, rebooting the system.

These classes offer an introduction to the foundations of meditation, neuroscience and developing a personal practice. You will be immersed in a variety of simple, proven meditation applications for mental, physical and emotional health. It's also an opportunity for the seasoned meditator to sit with a group of focused and welcoming people and meditate together.
Sound Therapy & Visualization
These powerful classes take you to another, deeper level of meditating. Our instructors combine the advanced techniques of sound and vibration to elevate your mind-state to its optimal level of performance, instilling a deep sense of stillness, peace and rest. *Various classes may also combine acupuncture for relaxation and insomnia.
These are opportunities to deepen your practice, learn a new form of meditation, develop a specific skill, or certify in a form of meditation and movement. We have brought together some stellar instructors locally and internationally, who have spent decades practicing, refining their skills and developing accessible mindfulness programs for personal and professional development.
Mindfulness for Trauma, Addictions, Mental Health
We, along side our skilled instructors, have crafted a series of classes to address mental and emotional wellbeing. These classes provide participants with proven techniques for support in managing our trauma, addictions and overall mental and emotional health in an inclusive, compassionate and supportive environment.
